When we first arrive we will apply plastic on walls and floors, as well as tape off light fixtures with a plastic covering. AC vents are removed and wall and floor is tapped closed, sealing the room in a plastic cover.

Once everything is 100% covered, we then will apply a water mist to the popcorn texture releasing it from the drywall, when the popcorn is saturated we can then scrap clean all off the popcorn.

After the popcorn has been thoroughly removed from corner to corner, any taped ceiling joints that are cracked or damaged will be replaced. The entire process lets us prepare for a Knockdown Textured spray to be applied.

When the inital Knockdown Texture has been applied to the drywall with our sprayer, we will then clean up and remove plastic from the area, allowing full access to the room. This must dry for a minimum of 24 hours, in which time we will return.

Upon returning to a dried Knockdown Textured we will then recover all areas and prepare for painting. We will seal with stainblocker & primer, then coat with a base flat paint to ensure durablity and life of the project.
